WHAT DO I WEAR?
Loose comfortable clothing so that the skin over the affected area can be exposed as much as is decently possible e.g. flip flops, shorts, strap top, tracksuit etc.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?

Debit/Credit Card. Cash. Apple Pay. BACS.

I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE, WHERE IS MY EMAIL CONTAINING MY PASSWORD?
Please check your junk email. If it is not located there, please contact us.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM?
This can be done under ‘Your Account’ under your name on the top right hand side of the website, any problems please contact us.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?
You can access your Online Booking Account via the registration email you received. You will have to cancel the original appointment and then make a new one. Simple. If your appointment was not made online, please contact us.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellation is fine providing it is no later than 24hrs prior to your appointment. You can do this via your Online Booking Account or call us. Cancellation within the 24hr time period will incur full cancellation charge.
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE COVER?
Yes, depending on your provider (please check with your provider before booking to avoid disappointment).
IS THERE FREE PARKING?

Free reserved parking is available directly outside the clinic and throughout Nene Court Retail Park.

HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
30 minutes (unless stated otherwise).
IS THERE ACCESS FOR A WHEELCHAIR?
Yes, our facility is DDA compliant.
I AM UNABLE TO LEAVE MY HOME; CAN YOU HELP?

Yes. There is a home visitation service within a 15-minute radius.
